Ingredients for two:
Preparation: First wash
well radicchio leaves, dry with a towel, then cut it into chunks with a knife or with a pair of scissors. Set aside.
Cut the bacon into small cubes, then put on a big fire pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Add a clove of garlic and let it brown. Add the bacon and let it cook well. Add wine. Cook until it dries. Then add the radicchio. Stir with a wooden spoon until the radicchio wilts not. Enough room and turn off the flame.
Meanwhile, put a saucepan with salted water and cook the butterflies. As soon as they are ready, drain well and versatility of the pan with the sauce. Turn on the heat and stir vigorously for one minute. Add a sprinkling of black pepper and serve.
