Ingredients for four: 150 grams of shelled clams, two medium-sized zucchini, olive oil, ginger, black pepper, an onion, a hot pepper, a glass of sparkling wine (or white wine), a few leaves of mint , 320 grams of spaghetti



Preparation:
Cut the zucchini into small squares and set aside. In a large skillet pour a little oil and then fry the shallots. Add the squares of zucchini and increase the heat slightly. After about a minute, add the clams and blends with the sparkling wine. Add a pinch of salt, ze nzero cheese and hot pepper. Mix well.
cook over high heat until the liquid has evaporated. Make sure that the zucchini lightly browning. Five minutes should be enough to open fire.


Meanwhile cook the spaghetti in salted water. As soon as the pasta is ready, drain and pour directly into the pan with the zucchini and clams. Stir vigorously over low heat.
Add a good sprinkling of black pepper and mint leaves.


Serve spaghetti with a good glass of white wine.
