Ingredients for 4: 4 chicken breasts, a tablespoon of soy, a tablespoon of olive oil, turmeric, curry, a hot pepper, black pepper, a pinch of nutmeg, a glass of white wine, three carrots, a root of ginger, saffron
Preparation: Put
for 12 hours to marinate the chicken, cut into strips with the oil, soy, turmeric, curry, grated ginger and saffron.
Once marinating is complete, put on fire a large nonstick skillet with a little olive oil. Pour into pan and let the chicken cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile cut the carrots into strips. Add them to the chicken a couple of minutes before the end of cooking. Stir until cooked.
