Ingredients for the sauce: 200 grams of ground beef, 10 cabbage leaves, pepper, oil, salt, a glass of red wine, tomato sauce, grated cheese
Prepare crepes:
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Uniscilo the flour and all other ingredients in a large bowl. Beat with a whisk cooking until the mixture blends well.
Grease a pan of the exact dimensions to make a crepe and pour a ladle of the compound. Cook about two minutes per side. Put aside all the crepes as made.
Preparing the sauce:
Wash the cabbage and dry it thoroughly with a towel. Cut the leaves into thin strips.
In a pan with a little olive oil to brown add the minced beef. After a few minutes, combine the cabbage and stir with a wooden spoon. You can flavor for a few minutes, adding a small glass of vino rosso.
Lascia raffreddare il condimento e spolveralo con pepe nero.
Preparazione finale:
Metti un cucchiaio di condimento al centro di ciascuna crepe e piega i lembi in modo da arrotolarla tipo cannellone.
Dopo aver preparato tutte le crepes, adagiale in un teglia capiente.
Con un mestolo, versa sulle crepes la passata di pomodoro, in modo da coprirle tutte. Aggiungi una spolverata di formaggio grattugiato.
Metti in forno caldo a 180 gradi per 20 minuti.
