Ingredients for four: 300 grams of rice, a chopped onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, grated cheese (preferably sheep), a chopped sausage (preferably spicy) a glass of red wine
Preparation:
In a large skillet pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and then fry a clove of garlic and chopped onion. Remove the browned garlic and add rice. You can toast together for a few minutes, then add the chopped sausage.
Pour a glass of red wine and cook until it evaporates. Add hot water and cover the pan. Cook for about 20 minutes.
When cooked, make a good sprinkling of grated cheese.
