Cucina veloce: gnocchi al gorgonzola

What it is: first course
Difficulty: easy

Ingredients for two: a slice of bacon, 80 grams of blue cheese, 200 grams of gnocchi, olive oil , Parmesan cheese to taste


Preparation: Cut the
