Preparation:
First remove from the pillow the hard part, then cut it off strips. Put on high heat a large skillet with oil and let cook the bacon. Add whole or chopped hot pepper of your choice. Let cook until the fat melts. Add salt.
Feather with white wine and let go of the flame. As soon as the wine evaporates (just a few minutes), retrieves a portion of the pillow and put it aside. Versa in a pan with the peeled tomatoes into large pieces and cook over low heat until it becomes a nice sauce (ten minutes).
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti al dente, drain well and pour into the pan with the sauce. Add the pillow that you put aside and mix.
Serve with a sprinkling of black pepper and pecorino.
