Italian appetizers: fried zucchini flowers

What: appetizer with vegetables

Ingredients for two: four tablespoons of flour and semolina sifted, ½ cup cold water, half a glass of beer, a pinch of salt, a pinch of saffron, ten squash blossoms


Preparation:
In a bowl, add the sifted flour and water, and stir vigorously with a whip. Combine the beer and salt, then knead vigorously. Uniscilo saffron.

Dip the flowers in the mixture, stirring with a spoon.


Fry in hot oil flowers: about five minutes per side.
