Preparation:
Put a large pot over an open fire with water. Once the water boils, put the lobster in pot and simmer for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a nonstick pan you fry the garlic in a little oil. As soon as the garlic turns brown, pour the tomatoes cut into small pieces. Let the weak fire for about 4 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside.
Chop the parsley and set aside.

Fai cuocere 180 grammi di pasta (vanno bene spaghetti, linguine, pasta fresca di formato consistente tipo quella nella foto, etc). Condiscili con l'astice e servi in tavola.
