complesso si a rticola in 7 piani che ospitano differenti funzioni di studio e svago e, proprio perchè deve accogliere chi deve formare la sua mente ed aprirla alle conoscenze, si crea un luogo open to communication with the symbol itself around network communication.

Questa opera è emblematica della necessità di utilizzare l'interattività nella città moderna poichè solo attraverso il suo uso si crea una rete di relazioni completa ed efficiente, in cui tutti possono viaggiare allo stesso modo senza ostacoli.
